Getting here from Plano
From Legacy West, take the Dallas North Tollway south into Dallas, then exit toward Hall Street and Lemmon Avenue. From there it is a short drive on Munger Avenue, North Washington Avenue and Live Oak Street. The trip is about 24 miles and takes about 30 minutes with light traffic, more at rush hour. The tollway has tolls. If you would rather skip them, US-75 south is about the same distance and time.
Parking is free in the surface lot at our door. Take the elevator to Suite 202 on the second floor.

For some partial rotator cuff tears and tendon problems, PRP or BMAC (stem cells) is an option. A large or full tear may need surgery. Dr. Buford is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who does both, so he can tell you which path fits your shoulder.
How many injections will I need?

What does a measured dose mean?
Many clinics never tell you how many platelets or cells are in your injection. We measure your dose and show you the number, so you know what you received.
How long is the first visit?
New patient visits often run past 45 minutes. We go over your imaging, examine the area with ultrasound and talk through your options in detail, so please don't rush it.
