Getting here from Richardson
From CityLine, take US-75 (Central Expressway) south into Dallas, then take exit 1B and follow North Haskell Avenue to Live Oak Street. The trip is about 17 miles and takes about 23 minutes with light traffic, more at rush hour. There are no tolls on this route.
Parking is free in the surface lot at our door. Take the elevator to Suite 202 on the second floor.

Yes. If you were told you need surgery, or that nothing else can be done, Dr. Buford will go over your imaging and exam with you. As a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, he can talk through surgery and non-surgery options alike.
Is the procedure done the same day?
Yes. All of our procedures use your own blood or bone marrow and are done the same day in our Dallas office. You do not need to come back for a separate injection visit.
Who gives the injection?
Dr. Buford does, every time, using ultrasound to guide the needle. It is not handed off to a nurse or another provider.
