Getting here from McKinney
From Historic Downtown McKinney, take US-75 (Central Expressway) south into Dallas, then take exit 1B and follow North Haskell Avenue to Live Oak Street. The trip is about 32 miles and takes about 35 minutes with light traffic, more at rush hour. There are no tolls on this route.
Parking is free in the surface lot at our door. Take the elevator to Suite 202 on the second floor.

Is PRP or BMAC (stem cells) an option for hip pain?
Sometimes. Hip arthritis, labral pain and tendon pain on the outside of the hip are all things we look at. Dr. Buford uses ultrasound to guide the needle into the right spot, which matters in a deep joint like the hip.
How many injections will I need?
More than 90% of our procedures need only one injection (Texas Orthobiologics registry data 2022-2026). We use a high, measured dose so you don't need a series of shots.
Does insurance cover PRP or BMAC (stem cells)?
Most orthobiologic procedures are not covered by insurance. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA account, and CareCredit offers financing plans up to twelve months. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Tricare, and our office will check your coverage before your visit.
