We post our starting investment so you can plan ahead. Your exact investment depends on which joint we treat, how many areas need care, and what your exam and imaging show. You will know your exact investment at your consultation, before anything is scheduled.

The national numbers are prices for one injection. If a clinic plans a series of injections, multiply its price by the number of injections to get the real total.
Many clinics don't tell you the dose in your injection or share their own patient results. We measure your dose and go over our documented outcomes with you.
Compare the whole plan, not the price of one shot
A clinic's price for one injection does not tell you what the whole treatment will cost. The number of injections does.
- More than 90% of our procedures need only one injection (Texas Orthobiologics registry data 2022-2026).
- We measure the dose in every injection. Our doses may be 2 to 5 times the dose used at clinics that plan several injections.
- One injection can mean fewer visits, fewer needle sticks, and less time away from work.
When you compare clinics, ask each one five questions:
- Will a doctor trained in an orthopedic specialty do the injections with ultrasound or fluoro?
- How many injections does your plan include?
- What dose is in each injection, and do you measure it so you can show me?
- What is the total cost for the whole plan?
- Can you show me registry or published outcomes from your clinic treating similar cases?
We show you the numbers
We track how our patients do over time. At every office visit, Dr. Buford goes over these documented outcomes with you as part of your consultation. No treatment works the same for everyone. We will tell you honestly whether you are a good candidate, and if surgery or another option fits you better, we will say so.
A clinic's higher or lower price does not tell you how a treatment will work for you. That's why your consultation focuses on one thing: matching the right procedure to your diagnosis and to your goals.
