Why is the PRP platelet recovery percentage important?

*My PRP sales and marketing wish for the day*
I wish distributors and companies making and selling PRP kits would market their platelet recovery percentage.
Why? Because it is not dependent on the patient's platelet count and is a metric that cannot be manipulated by changing the platelet volume or starting with a high platelet count.....it helps to level the playing field when evaluating PRP kits and protocols.

There are other important things to consider of course but knowing the platelet recovery percentage of a particular kit or protocol gives the clinician a lot of information and can be used to help craft the best clinical protocols when trying to achieve certain PRP doses!
