Stem Cell Clinics telling patients that they are delivering placental stem cells or umbilical cord stem cells are scams whether they are run by chiropractors or any other clinician. All should be sued for fraud. All should be investigated by their state medical or chiropractor boards for fraudulent advertising.
In states like California, they should be prosecuted based on Elder Abuse laws on the books for civil damage done to these patients.
