Unlike other orthopedic doctors in town I’ve seen, Dr. Buford took the time to sit down and examine my issue rather than rushing through the visit. He sat and explained the issue and different treatment options for over 30 minutes. He is thorough, has impeccable bedside manner, and made me confident that recovery was possible.

Great doctor & staff with fantastic results,

I brought my son in for a consultation regarding a possible PRP injection. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t what these reviews claim to be.

My impression was that there was more emphasis placed on Dr.Bufords image and clinic’s appearance than on providing thorough patient centered care. When I asked about the cost of the procedure, I was unable to get a clear answer or even an estimated price. As a surgeon who has reportedly been performing PRP injections for years, I found it concerning that a general cost estimate could not be provided. The consultation felt rushed. Rather than taking the time to fully discuss the procedure, answer questions, and ensure we were comfortable moving forward, there seemed to be pressure to proceed with the injection immediately.

Dr. Buford took the time to answer all my questions and has an enormous breadth of knowledge and experience. He was also great with my daughter, who was really nervous about her procedure, but he put her at ease.

Dr. Buford is the best, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. I grateful I was referred to him in 2009.
